I scheduled an appt for an oil change & 2 recalls for my '15 Silverado (Electric Power Steering & Seatbelt tensioner). The oil change & EPS recall was fine but Healey did not have the correct color seatbelt tensioner part for my vehicle so now I have to schedule another appointment when the correct color part is received at Healey.

I had an 8 am appointment, my car was taken in for service on time. My service advisor Chris Foster was very professional addressed any concerns I had. My car was returned to me in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied with the service.
The staff are amazing. They were able to get the car in immediately. They offer a loaner since the repairs took a few days. Mike was great he explained everything & answered all my questions. Definitely reccomend the poughkeepsie location.
I am thankful that your dealership had the car I was looking for in stock and able to turn around the entire transaction within a few hours.
