Had a radio noise 2 years ago when my car was in warranty, they never really eliminated the static, but reduced it by at least 95% and it was tolerable. Recently the noise started coming back, car is now out of bumper to bumper warranty, but Healey stood behind their original work. The brought it back to the tolerable 95% gone, took 2 separate trips to re-fix and got a free rental both times. Was never really satisfied with not being able to eliminate the static entirely, but that's a Chevy corporate problem and not necessarily a Healey problem (in my opinion). BTW, noise is on a relatively distant AM station that I listen to, cannot hear it on FM, and it is a Volt which has an electric A/C compressor ... the source of the noise. It's tolerable.
I purchased a car from Healy In January and it's still under my limited bumper to bumper coverage. Since buying it the brakes were squeaking when breaking on hills and then that turned into grinding. So I brought it in for service at Healy. My advisor Chris told me the day I brought it in that it would be a day for the part to come in so I'd have to leave the car. The next day I received no call from Healy so Monday still not receiving any calls I had to borrow one of my bosses trucks to drive because Healy had no loaner cars available. So then I reached out to Healy only to get Chris' answering machine. Left a message and got not call back. So a few days later I left another message and still no call back which forced me to drive to Healy in my bosses truck to find out my cars "just finished being fixed". There was no communication at all and so if the service wasn't covered I would have never returned. Also my brakes are still having issues with squeaking loader then the normal squeak of new brakes so I'm going to have to plan another service to make sure everything is okay.
