I am completely happy with my experience at Healey and my relationship with sales person Tom Mead. Tom has always put me in the right vehicle and tailored the process to meet my needs.. I now have purchased six vehicles from Healey Chevrolet all with tom Mead's help and guidance.
Dropped my truck off for an oil change and tire rotation and all that good checkup stuff at 830. Matt said it would be ready as soon as he possibly could and by 11 am I got the call to come on back to pick her up. Top notch as always.
Duke is an exceptional salesman and customer service driven to the max. Could not ask for a more trustworthy and more a sincerity knowledgeable person of a customers need. I am a senior whether I like it or not and duke really gets it. Promote that man. But wait a minute. Maybe he���s doing what he loves with customers. Either way. He���s the best.
I brought my 2 year old Silverado in unexpectedly because of a misfire/ rough idle and check engine light. The next day they had it back to me running like new. The service rep, Matt was quick to return calls and the service tech left the engine compartment like he was never there. Thank you
Very good experience and Tanya always provides excellent customer service. Tanya has been my Service Advisor many times and is very professional and customer focused. Healey has been my only Dealership since 1985.
The service department is very professional and well-managed. They keep me informed as to the status of my vehicle's service and clearly explain any issues which exist. I also appreciate the fact that they are always ready to work on my vehicle at the time of my appointment.
