Over 2 hour wait for a simple oil change and I had an 8:45am appt. If I���d had known it was going to take that long I���d have dropped it off. Not once during the 2 hours did I receive any sort of updates from the service writer about the progress. When the car was done I was handed my papers, keys, multi point inspection and told car is parked down there have a good day. I get hole and look at my inspection report and I don���t think they actually did it. It said onstar was active. Which it isn���t. I haven���t ever subscribed. It said my LF tire failed the wear check and had uneven wear. This was not brought to my attention nor was it explained of this was before or after the tires were rotated (if the were) so I don���t know if it���s an air pressure issue or an alignment issue. Real quality customer service. Lastly when I walked in to meet my service writer the service cashier was loudly complaining about the new girl she had to train. 1 star all around for attentiveness. Quality of work. And professionalism.
