I was there for normal maintenance. Check in was with Matt and he was friendly and made the check in easy. I waited in the waiting room which was comfortable and the wait wasn't too long considering how busy it was.
When Bobby was my advisor everything was smooth sailing and easy this time was a nightmare also $91 to change a cabin filter is in sane mavis did it for 30 I have the gold package and I’m not sure if I will even come back for oil changes I might just take it to Mavis or something when I know I can go and get my oil changed and leave I try to make it easy with you guys Bobby always made it easy I will drop my car off on a Friday get a loaner car no problem and pick my car up whenever on Saturday this time I dropped my car off three hours ahead of time I made the appointment on the app and was told my appointment was on his lunch break anyway so wouldn’t of worked then tried to charge me money for the loaner just overall disappointed my service advisor told me my car has a mold smell because it’s wet out like his wife’s Jeep and my car is practically brand new and I never use recirculate but I turn the heat on or AC I get a mold smell but now I have my cabin filter changed and it’s fine I was always very happy with this dealership and always happy with Bobby Service is very frustrated and disappointed this last time like I said I had the gold service package I don’t think I’ll be using it I also didn’t get a car wash Like the gold package says I do
I had a great experience. Michael S in the service department had me checked in, car serviced, and out the door in a matter of 1 hour. He informed me of what the issue was a I felt such a relief. So glad I purchased my car from such a great dealership.
The sales rep DUKE and manager ANDY could not have been any more helpful. They explained everything about the car to us.I would highly recommend Healey and these two gentleman to anyone needing a vehicle
Called and made an appointment for my car. Had them check over the vehicle for any issues regaurding the additive fuel. The car was looked over and was working properly. No additive fuel was added to the car nor was I asked about the fuel. I was told that the car was ready to go, and no one did anything about the additive fuel, I drove the car home and found out it was empty. Even if the customer is supposed to fill up the car by himself you would think the dealer would advise you of the situation. Nothing was ever done with the issue. Spoke to the general manager at the poughkeepsie location about being refunded for the additive I had purchased at auto zone across the street. The past two times I brought my Malibu and Equinox there the service in the service department was at best terrible. I can officially say that when my gold service plan runs out at healy I will absolutely never be back or purchase another vehicle crime you guys. 100% will be going back to Romeo.
