Christina Minot was so kind and made me feel comfortable about my vehicle purchase. Healy Jeep on the other hand was a horrible experience in which Christina apologize for even though it had nothing to do with her.
The entire experience was so different than we have had at other dealerships. The people are friendly and attentive. They listened to our needs and found us exactly what worked best for us. Delivery was fast and informative. We left the dealership feeling good about our purchase and in awe of how quick and easy this experience was. We will definitely be a return customer as well as recommending all we know who are in the market for a new vehicle to go to this dealership.
Whether service, sales, parts, or some other department, Healy has the best staff. Everyone is thoughtful and knowledgeable. My family and I are treated with respect and kindness. I always look forward to interacting with the Healy personnel.
My adviser was very nice, no problem there. I got the car back around lunch time and drove it from the dealership to work. Worked late, went out at 6 p.m. to a flat tire on the right front side. After some expensive towing and having it fixed someplace close to my house because it would cost too much to tow it back to Pok, I was told that the problem was the valve. For the amount charged for labor, shouldn't the tech have checked for that ??
I am always happy with the service. My service rep, Chris, is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He makes me feel like I am the most important customer. I trust what he says and that's a big deal.
Working with the staff at Healey was such a pleasurable experience. Tom Mead who was our sales rep was amazing, he explained everything in detail, wasn't pushy, and helped us make the best decision for our family.
