The service manager, Matt, did a phenomenal job with communicating to me a last minute service request. Both of us accommodated each other with my Malibu service. Great employee, you need more Matts there!!!!
Service can be pricey for things that should be a courtesy to loyal customers. Example: I had my car serviced Monday. Wednesday my engine light came on after gassing up. Most likely its a gas cap problem but I now need it reset. They want to charge 137.00 for a diagnostic. I get why if I was walking in but I just spent 300.00 on a serpentine belt and alignment. I always trust what my mechanic says but this hurt. Just check for me as a courtesy. I'm furloughed and money is really tight. It's just good customer service. Same with my trunk. It won't open suddenly after a service to Healy and they won't even look unless I give them 100.00. This is why people use private mechanics. They value their loyal customers.
It was rather expensive for the service. My first time. Showed my invoice to many and all the same comment ��� wow that���s a lot��� for a tranny fluid flush and additives���. And didn���t include a gasket change which I indicated was sweating.
